Combining pallet racking and heavy duty shelving for Stuart Rush

Stuart Rush is a valued returning customer of secondhandracking.com, having previously worked with us on their storage and racking requirements. Following the success of our previous work together, they approached us again to provide a practical storage solution for their new warehouse.

Project Scope

Stuart Rush required additional storage capacity and a more organised solution for their new warehouse and stockholding areas. The project required a combination of adjustable pallet racking and longspan shelving, providing flexibility for storing both palletised goods and smaller hand-picked stock.

Solution

We supplied and installed a combination of high quality new pallet racking and our heavy-duty longspan shelving, creating a versatile storage solution that could accommodate different types and sizes of stock.

The pallet racking provides storage for larger and palletised goods, while the longspan shelving offers easily accessible storage for smaller products and items requiring frequent picking. Protect-It Xl column guards were also fitted to the racking for added safety and to protect the upright frames against impacts from forklifts.

Our installation team managed the project from installation through to completion, ensuring the systems were professionally installed and ready for use.

The Results

The completed installation has provided Stuart Rush with a more organised and efficient storage environment, combining pallet storage and accessible shelving within one coordinated solution. By using both pallet racking and longspan shelving, the customer can make better use of their available space while keeping different stock types organised and accessible.
